1. Operator and acceptance
This web application is operated by FORFORM s.r.o. Contact: info@arch-data.eu.
By using the application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Purpose and status of the application
The application presents comparative research concerning access to the architectural profession across jurisdictions. It may be identified as a working edition or demonstration and may contain provisional, incomplete or subsequently revised material.
The content is provided for research and general information. It is not legal, regulatory, professional or investment advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for checking current primary sources or obtaining appropriate professional advice.
3. Access code
The application currently uses a shared client-side access code. The code is a limited presentation barrier and is not a secure user account or a guarantee of confidentiality. Do not upload, submit or expect the application to protect confidential or personal information.
You must not interfere with the application, test it for vulnerabilities without prior written permission, introduce malicious code, overload the service, or attempt to obtain access to systems or information not intentionally made available through it.
4. Permitted use
You may view and use the application for lawful research, evaluation and internal professional purposes. Unless separately authorised in writing, these terms do not grant a right to republish the database in bulk, sell or sublicense it, present it as your own work, or use project branding in a way that suggests endorsement.
Any quotation, analysis or reuse should preserve relevant qualifications, confidence indicators, source references and the date or version of the material.
5. Intellectual property and third-party material
Rights in the application design, compilation, original text and software are reserved by their respective owners. Source documents, names, marks and linked materials may belong to third parties and remain subject to their own terms and applicable law.
No right is granted except the limited permission to use the application under these terms.
6. Sources and external links
The application links to external sources for convenience and evidential transparency. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy or privacy practices. A link does not by itself constitute endorsement.
7. Use of artificial intelligence
Artificial intelligence tools are used in building, operating and maintaining the application, including assistance with software development, data structuring, consistency checking and the drafting of research material. AI is used as a working instrument under human direction: research findings rest on the cited sources, and material is reviewed and curated by the study team before publication.
AI is used in a manner intended to respect applicable rights and obligations, including intellectual property rights, data protection law and the terms applying to the sources consulted. AI assistance does not transfer any rights in third-party material and does not change the status of the content described in section 2: the application remains a research tool, not advice, and the qualifications, confidence indicators and source references presented with the material continue to apply.
8. Availability, accuracy and warranties
We aim to maintain a useful and accurate research tool, but do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Jurisdictional rules and source websites can change without notice.
The application and its content are provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FORFORM s.r.o. is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on the application, inability to access it, or use of linked third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Suspension and changes
We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the application, restrict access, or update these terms when reasonably necessary. The date below identifies the latest version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory protections that apply under other law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
